Great prices
Great prices and selection but the delivery men leave my order in the lobby after I put in notes to please bring up to my apartment. I would be more likely to purchase more if it were delivered to my home and not left in the lobby. Very frustrating.
Best delivery service ever!
They are so fast! And always have what we need. Customer service is fantastic as well. Everyone support this business- I have been using them for the past 2 years and they always come through!
Delivery is unreliable
I’ve used these guys for a long time and while I keep giving them chances, they keep blowing it. On average delivery times have been 70-90 minutes when they claim a 60 minute delivery window. They also include the 60 minutes from when the delivery person leaves. It should be 60 minutes from when I place the order. No hope for these guys, pricing isn’t that great either. I just try and support the local guys.
