I have had this app for years, and it worked great as long as I only had one account. I opened a business account and used the app for it as well. Now, it will not let me log into my personal account. I use the correct user id and password for my personal account. It automatically directs me to the business account. I have un/reinstalled the app numerous times as well as going into my passwords and deleting them. Now, I can’t make mobile deposits for my personal account. I have talked with two different branches asking for help. They say they will call customer service and find out what to do. So far all I have gotten from them is to un/reinstall the app. I have banked with community band for about 25 years. This actually makes want to try a new bank.

Terrible App

One of the worst apps I have had. Especially for banking. Every time they update this app it kicks me out and refuses to allow me to log in. I have removed the app and had to start over several times. Now I am doing it for yet another time. How hard is it to make technology work? - Will Davis
