The Community Health Network app provides information on 9 hospitals, 12 Walgreens clinics, MedCheck urgent care locations and multiple physician offices and other health-related services.
The Community Health Network app uses HealthKit to assist with keeping your data secure and makes it usable within your Apple Health app.
