Description
A handy tool for comparing images.
CompareShots is a tool that helps you compare screenshots and images.
Simply select two images, and CompareShots will display them side by side. You can adjust the opacity of the overlay to determine if the images are an exact match. Alternatively, you can touch anywhere on the screen to switch between images. Additionally, if you need to focus on specific details, you can draw directly on the screen.
CompareShots is useful when comparing mockups of websites or apps with their actual outcomes. This ensures that the work is pixel-perfect.
Furthermore, you can share the results of your work in CompareShots with friends or colleagues.

Ratings and Reviews
Truly effective app
Been using it for years and at the 1 thing it does, it does the job amazingly well. The feature set it has does have everything you need to do the job of letting users compare 2 photos, whether it be by flip flopping between the two, or with one adjusted for transparency to see differences.
What I needed
I’ve needed an app to compare screenshots easily, this is great. Some feedback:
• At least on iPhone 15 Pro the screenshot is not fully visible, the top and bottom are covered up by the nav bar and toolbar. Can you inset it to ensure it’s fully visible? Tapping to hide the UI fixes it as a workaround.
• The navigation bar is transparent so it’s hard to see Shot 1 and Shot 2 buttons and the screen title, because of the issue above overlapping the screenshot.
• It would be nice to be able to select two photos at the same time rather than needing to tap Shot 1, select a photo, then tap Shot 2, select another photo.
Developer Response ,
Thank you for your review and great ideas. Check the new version 1.6, it implemented multiple image selection and there's a new button to change between aspect fit/aspect fill and some more improvements.
