The motivation I needed!
Compete NG is the first workout app I've used that truly helps me stay accountable to my own workout consistency. The ability to compete with someone else provides the motivation to help both me and my partner stay consistent with our routines. They make it really easy to track my progress without a bunch of unnecessary functionality. Well worth every dollar if it's going to help me stay consistent with my workouts year round.
Great for accountability
Finally being held accountable to just keep moving lol. This app has been so helpful with making me actually meet my goals by the end of the week. The nice thing is that it’s a realistic goal. Can’t count how many times I have over done it and then given up because I haven’t set attainable goals. This app is exactly what I need so I keep going.
Customizable
I love that you and your partner can set different goals. You are both working towards what’s important to you individually but together getting to the finish line! Great idea!
