The Complaint Registration app provides a facility to the citizen to submit complaints against the Bus, Yellow / Black / Taxi, Auto Rickshaw / Motorcycle, Tourist Taxi etc to the Directorate of Transport, Government of Goa. The Department will investigate the case and update the complainant / citizen with the necessary action taken.

Internet Connection is required to submit the complaints.

Registering of Account in the App is mandatory in order to submit a complaint.

Please provide the correct contact details. The Directorate of Transport will contact the complainant on the mobile number registered by him/her on the App with regards to his/her complaint.

User can submit one image / video file of max 10MB and two image / video files of maximum 5MB as a supporting evidence.
