New Favorite excercise App
Finally found an excercise app that I can recommend to beginners and experienced alike. I have been in the fitness industry for going on 17 years and technology like this makes my job so much easier. It’s simple to understand and doesn’t confuse the beginner with fancy fitness jargon. I currently recommend this app to members at my gym and we use it in conjunction with our personal trainers.

This app makes working out so much easier for me. It lets me pick different muscle groups and shows videos and how to do each exercise from different angles and provides directions. I also think it’s great I can chose either a female or male instructor. The recipes are also delicious! Can’t wait to discover all of the many workouts!
