Recommended use of the VPN
We recommend that you turn on your VPN when connecting to public Wi-Fi networks which may have poor security. This includes while you are browsing the internet or using applications that use the internet, such as social media, banking, and gaming apps. Keep the VPN on until you are finished with your session.

Worked alright on computer until new Sonoma OS
I wish this was updated more regularly. As part of a whole subscription I used it often, but the lack of updates is frustrating. Even when using with my iPhone it was problematic- didn’t allow certain functions to operate. The iOS updates are at least every month - please update this app more often!
Clunky setup but free secure VPN!
I have been using ExpressVPN across my iPhone and desktop computer- paying a monthly fee. It works great and the speeds are fantastic. However, I am a Complete ID customer via Costco so am testing this included service out and possibly will cancel my paid service. So far so good!
The setup from the Complete ID website is clunky and the downloaded app is super basic, but so far functional.
No longer works
The Complete ID VPN worked fine and then one day it just stopped working. No explaination. No support or means to obrtain support. Simply abandoned.
