Scam
Contacted Computershare and asked the representative if they were aware of this, he responded as no but will forward this information to the appropriate department. From the reviews, Computershare has been aware of this for a couple of months now and this is still on the App Store. I entered my info already and had to change my password, wish I would have read the reviews first.

Do not download & more importantly do not log in with your personal info - this app is a scam & fake, read other reviews stating the same & also you could hop on the real computershare website & as through their live chat whether this is affiliated with them or whether it was them that made this app (hint: it isn’t & it’s made to steal login info)
