OVERVIEW:

SHARING
• Share your conference number via: iMessage / SMS, Email, Copy/paste anywhere

VIEW / MANAGE
• See who's in the conference room / speaking
• Mute / un-mute one, or all participants - including those that join
• Call-in as a moderator. Moderator(s) aren’t muted when muting everyone
• Participants can press * on their phone to raise their hand (use to identify people to un-mute)
• Disconnect participants
• Optional - enable contacts access to see participant names from your contacts (data used locally only, we don't have access to your contacts)

Call-in numbers you’re assigned are:

• Can be reached from any phone worldwide
• Allow unlimited conference length
• Free to call for callers with unlimited calling to the US/Canada (standard calling rates apply otherwise)

AFTER YOUR FREE TRIAL OR PAID SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES
• Cannot use your conference rooms until you re-subscribe
• Call-in numbers/PINs deleted 30 days after subscription expires
• Recordings unavailable unless previously shared, or re-subscribe

PAID SUBSCRIPTION
• All subscription durations provide same functionality
• Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account once you confirm your purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Your iTunes Account will automatically be charged at the same price for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• Your subscription may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of the free trial period we offer will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trial only available once

OTHER
Please keep the following in mind:
• Open the app to download your recordings
• We store recordings on our network for 30 days, after which they are deleted
• Deleting a recording in the app is permanent
• Backup recordings by backing up your iPhone, or sharing specific recordings via: email, iCloud, etc.
• Call recording may be illegal in your area. It is your responsibility to check your local laws to determine whether you can legally record calls

I’ve really enjoyed this Conference Now platform which allows me to connect with believers across the US advancing the kingdom of God. I been using this app for 2 1/2 years and I’m well pleased with it features and functions.

Will not renew, when subscription is up

Need more features to choose from, I purchased the $99 plan and it not worth the money, I only have like ten participants the only features is the option to record the conference. I had the free version but thought more church members would be joining, one Sunday there was ten on, and a couple more tried to connect and wasn’t able to, that why I purchased the paid version. We still sometimes have problems even with the paid version. I have sent emails but they have been ignored. There need to be more feature than just the option to record. There should be feature that allows music from Apple play to play in the conference, and also which waiting for people to join. And the host would have control over when to start and stop the music. Also be able to have and option where you can record your conference name that’s announced when participants called in they would here the name announced.

Good...almost everywhere - but...

Works great when using the App on one device...but not so good when sharing a conference with another device. With Pro, you are supposed to be able to share a conference with another moderator in case you aren't able to monitor the meeting...but almost always, the sharing feature is revoked on the device of the other moderator in the middle of the meeting...thus paying to upgrade to Pro isn't feasible not to say anything about the inconvenience of having a meeting suddenly with no moderator! I've written twice to the developer and gotten no response. Hopefully the developer will respond....I really want to like this app!
