SHARING

VIEW / MANAGE
• See who's in the conference room / speaking
• Mute / un-mute one, or all participants - including those that join
• Call-in as a moderator. Moderator(s) aren’t muted when muting everyone
• Participants can press * on their phone to raise their hand (use to identify people to un-mute)
• Disconnect participants
• Optional - enable contacts access to see participant names from your contacts (data used locally only, we don't have access to your contacts)
• Disable entry/exit tones that play when people join/leave the conference
• View your history with times/participants

CONFERENCE CALL RECORDING, PLAYBACK, AND SHARING

ACCESS NUMBERS
Call-in numbers you’re assigned are:
• Telephone numbers in the United States + Canada
• Can be reached from any phone worldwide
• Allow unlimited conference length
• Free to call for callers with unlimited calling to the US/Canada (standard calling rates apply otherwise)

AFTER YOUR FREE TRIAL OR PAID SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES
• Cannot use your conference rooms until you re-subscribe
• Call-in numbers/PINs deleted 30 days after subscription expires
• Recordings unavailable unless previously shared, or re-subscribe

PAID SUBSCRIPTION
• All subscription durations provide same functionality
• Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account once you confirm your purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Your iTunes Account will automatically be charged at the same price for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• Your subscription may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of the free trial period we offer will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trial only available once

OTHER
Please keep the following in mind:
• Open the app to download your recordings
• We store recordings on our network for 30 days, after which they are deleted
• Deleting a recording in the app is permanent
• Backup recordings by backing up your iPhone, or sharing specific recordings via: email, iCloud, etc.
• Call recording may be illegal in your area. It is your responsibility to check your local laws to determine whether you can legally record calls
