The ConfirmD app is designed to help you safely increase your access to gyms, stores, restaurants, workplaces, and more. Upload healthcare information for verification by medical professionals, such as vaccine records and test results, and receive a secure QR code of your results to share with individuals and businesses.
Created by BuddyCheque and the International Public Safety Data Institute, the ConfirmD app pairs face recognition, ID verification, and secure handshakes that empower patients to own, know, and share their medical information and test results.
The app is hosted on HIPAA compliant cloud infrastructure, and you can simply request and securely remove your record from our database at any time. Your health data is always your own and any sharing requires your consent.

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP! It’s a SCAM!
I received a text message about viewing my COVID results and I had to provide all this personal information including taking a selfie. No results were shown. I’m pretty sure this app just wants to take your personal information. Beware! I tried to contact their support team, the email address isn’t real. This app should be take off iTunes. It’s a scam to get your personal information.
