Fast customer support, great suite of apps

I am using both this app and the logbook and they synchronize really well for daily airline use. Very practical and at a very reasonable price. Recently, I had a small synchronization suggestion, which involves an extra step that was needed for the login with my airline company. I sent my suggestion to customer Support support, and they implemented it it right away. Excellent communication and a great set of tools!

New version of this app

The new version of this app is very difficult, it never can download my new schedule right away, it always has some kind of trouble finding it in my company login and doesn’t even download it’ll just sit on the downloading page forever. My internet is connected everything is connected I can never just easily download my schedule like the last one. This one has a lot more cooler add on through the app but just downloading my schedule every time it changes is what makes it so difficult! Please do something to fix this, I loved using the old app and I’m having a hard time liking this one!

8 years!

So I’m in my eighth year with my airline and I’ve been using this app since the very beginning. I basically only use it for syncing my schedule with my iOS calendar, and few years ago my company integrated our system to also sync with our calendars. Needless to say, I’m still using this app because it’s far superior to what my company provides.
