The developers s app have totally forgotten about it. The icon on my Home Screen has been missing an icon for over a year. Four years without an update is like a generation in people years. There has basically been zero customer-friendly attention to detail. You basically need to be a tech nerd to figure out how to use it and what the cryptic email notifications mean. 1000% room for improvement.

I was expecting the app to be a bit better than the web link but there isn’t any real difference between them. The app could use a facelift and some real easy to use interface. It does make things better with an app and hopefully as the time goes it will improve. Overall I’ve been using Envisalink for several years and love that I’m paying less for monitoring and overall the system works great!!

It is ok. Slow for response from system to app. It should be updated with easier use and better graphics. Since the latest IOS update, it will now not open. I hope they plan on updating the app. Very frustrated.

All the way around a bad app. It does not refresh. You cannot log out and login as a different member. If you have two units one for business and one for home, you are out of luck. The company will not talk to end user. Only to the dealers and no support from any one. Most of the dealers do t understand the technology. Had I know this is app I would have never taken this security system.Worst testing by the security company. Worst user interface.
