My Favorite Meditation App. Period.
This is one of the few completely free meditation apps out there. It’s simple and so effective for a quick reset. The fact that I could see the other stars/people using the app in real time actually helped me when I was feeling lonely, and it’s encouraging to practice meditating alongside other people. I do wish there were 10 and 15-minute options or a stopwatch-like option so you don’t have to keep hitting “restart”.
You’re not alone
Breathing with this app, you see stars against a night sky. The stars represent the other people, at that moment, who chose to launch the app and do a breathing meditation at the same time. Whether you want to pause and reset by breathing for one minute, five minutes, or more, Connected Breath reminds you that you are not alone. The peaceful music, night setting, and gentle cricket chirping are all nice additions to help you pause and reset. I’m looking forward to using this app and watching it evolve!
This app is awesome
This app help me make time to breath and remember that everything is ok right now and stuff my therapist recommended it to me and I loved it, it makes me so happy but while I’m on this app I have constant negative thoughts but then I remember them floating away so I can focus on breathing. This app is a 10/10
