Description
Connected mHealth is your application for accessing your home exercise treatments prescribed to you by your clinician, physiotherapist, therapist, doctor, or kinesiologist. With Connected mHealth, you are now able to achieve your rehabilitation goals in the privacy of your home. Designed by experts, this mobile application allows you to successfully finish your home exercise treatment remotely while keeping you connected to your therapist. Included are different types of exercise to support your every need. Once you will be given the invitation to access your exercise plan, you will be able to follow the prescribed exercise sessions. These are individually created for you and your condition.

• Connect to your heart rate tracker or add workouts from the Apple Health app
How it works:
• Your therapist creates an exercise plan for you
• The exercise plan is then shared with you via the Connected mHealth app
• Use the Connected mHealth to start and finish your prescribed exercise sessions
To be able to use the Connected mHealth app you need an invite from your therapist.

Needs option to trim session record
There is no way to trim a workout log, which is problematic if one forgets to manually stop the tracking every time. This leaves only the discouraging options of either letting the errant data save (with inflated workout time and deflated pace) or cancelling the saving of the entire workout.
