SO LAGGY
Why does this game lag so much !? Sometimes it take HOURS for it to stop lagging even when I turn my phone off and on again. When I exit the app and put it back. This is ridiculous, aside from that it’s an amazing game. I played it 14 years ago before any purchases could be made and there were no CPS or star towers, or plus one stones.
They need to make a version like that, I’m sure many old players would be attracted to it. But they won’t because they’re prioritizing monetization.
Lost my account password
I started to play this game no to long ago and when I downloaded it was surprisingly easy to start, I didn’t give out no info no nothing they game me an ID and a Password and I was ready to start playing, day later I made my first purchase, spent like 5 bucks and later on I was having issues in the game and had download it again and I did but when tried to start again no account saved, I look in my pictures to find the password there was none just the ID now I’m having the worst customer support experience, I tried calling, they game me an email I email them all the info a bunch of screen shot and my personal info cuz there is no other way to recover it since I never fill out any info didn’t put my email to start the game no nothing so they answer every 2 days and they say that it wasn’t credited that day that is shown in the receipt of my very first purchase in the game and apparently that’s the only way to prove it and i don’t know what to do anymore just writing this review for your own record !
Child Hood Favorite, horrible service.
This was my favorite game growing up and played for several years on the pc version. There is so much detail and security trying to recover your account, you’re better off robbing a bank and no quick resource for customer support. There is an AI Assistant that is pretty much useless as it directs you to the same ticket for everything. As a returning player this was somewhat expected. My main issue was once I did get this all sorted and the game downloaded, my login prompts me with a banned account. I haven’t played this game for years and left on good standing with a maxed VIP level within this game. Super disappointed and hope that my ticket gets looked at.. apparently this needs to be done several times before you’ll get a response based on internet and feedback on there forums. Not sure the mobile version will be worth the grind.
