Update to the Consent Forms management process

We've reworked the photo import tool so that larger images can be manipulated in app the same way as images taken through the iPad.

Version 3.0.2 contains updated branding assets and colour scheme, as well as a numer of performance and stability improvements. - New branding and colour scheme, new company logo - Consent forms are now selected via the + button pop up - The consent form flow has been altered to allow for the signing of consent forms online via pre-apt packs - Treatment plan documents have an improved look and feel

This version has a number of updates relating to Questionnaires and Photographs. - Revised Questionnaire workflow for Patient Mode - Corrected Questionnaire Count on questions answered - Changed the date displayed when a patient completes a questionnaire in patient mode from the date of creation of the questionnaire to the completion date - Additional checks on photographs, including automatically sending the user to the patient profile of any saved but yet to be synced photographs upon sign in. This eliminates the possibility that photos could remain on the app indefinitely Additional background stability and security updates.

New Features released in this version include: Ability to reduce stock amounts directly after marking up a Treatment Photo Prescription Product amount can now be set up in the Control Centre Both these features require activation from the Control Centre - please refer to the Academy for more information Other changes: Minor stability improvements

Additional search features have been added to the Patient Record

Added the ability to select Questionnaires from within the Patient Record avoiding the need to enter Patient Mode. Questionnaire selected this way can be completed as normal, saved an signed by both Patient and Practitioner. The Signature boxes on the completed Questionnaire screen have been split to better designate the area for Patient / Practitioner to sign. The date picker has been updated in line with iOS 14, changing from a rolling date to a mini calendar view.

Changes to the Pre Apt Questionnaire workflow - questionnaires completed by Patients will now appear for Practitioner signing on the Practitioner App.
