My favorite part is the landing page where you can pick parameters that are important to you and being able to quickly tell when something is out of balance in a form of constellation. Apple Watch is an amazing tool but native health app doesn’t do a good job providing analysis of data collected.
Good for bike training
This app makes it easier to see stats you want to track than the Health app. I’m using it to map my VO2max and cycling workouts. You can make a dashboard with the graphs you want to see in one place. UI is super minimal with no ads.
Nice graphs
Stumbled upon this app in the app store and really glad I did. Great visualizations of your health data. Would be nice to have some of those visualizations available as Apple Watch complications.
