Still a horrible app

They might as well remove this app. Useless for a chat agent, sales associate, manager, or anyone for that matter. It will also ding you consistently even when signed out, and over and over again for the same person. Remove this trash.

Solid app

Great functionality! Easy to use while away from my desk. Love having the ability to move messages from here to my desktop.

Keeping me logged in even if I log out

Multiple times I log myself off, and I would check my reports and shows I would miss chats from late in the evening or when I’m not on my phone. A lot of glitches on here and is costing us business.
