The whole address book of the iPhone can be sent in an e-mail attachment with only one button pushed. The attachment can be imported into Gmail or Outlook and can be viewed or even edited in Excel or other spreadsheet applications.

Glitchy
This should work each time but there is always an issue when converting
No option to choose who to export
I wanted to only export 300 of my customers contact list to excel but there's no option so it just exports 1100 of ALL of my contacts including my personal. It was waste of money
