I went from signing up to taking live chat in 10 minutes. A lot of pre-built forms and very easy to navigate. The app works perfectly. I can even engage with clients without them starting a conversation because the app displays all site visitors. Great app

Unethical company.
The software itself is alright. Limited. Simple. The problem is I paid $50 to use it and now they want an additional $118 to remove their branding. This is ridiculous.
