In this update, you can now create daily notes! In the popup where you add your activities each day, simply tap 'Add a note' to write a few words describing the day. You can also long-press on the calendar to quickly and easily reveal your notes. To allow notes the space they deserve, the vacation toggle has been moved to the day popup. This update also has tons of other improvements, including widget support, completely rewritten Today and Siri functionality, and a new database accessor for faster app launch and smoother interaction (thanks to Jay for the tireless debugging help, and to Yifan and Alex.Chuck for the Chinese and Russian translation!).
