Over 4 million downloads! The FASTEST way possible to convert units. Just type in a unit without first selecting the category. As you type, a list of units appear. Tap a unit to select it. For most units, 1 or 2 letters is enough to find the unit you want. Automatically saves units into a Favorites list. This version is ad-supported.

As you type, the most likely units appear. Once you have selected a unit, the other unit is automatically restricted to the category of the current unit. At any time you can browse through the complete list of units available by tapping on the buttons to the right of the input fields. Advanced features include bookmarks and an integrated calculator. With over 6,400 units, this is the only unit converter you will ever need.

Converting Made Easy!

This is the first conversion app I ever tried.. And I Haven't even thought about trying another! It's handled every single thing I've thrown at it! Once in a while when I get a brain fart and start struggling with the name and/or definition of a particular unit all I have to do is let the app guide me through the fog I've created for myself! It gives great information to help people understand exactly what they're looking for! The only errors that have come up with this app have been operator errors! I'm a lifer with this app!

Long-time user now stuck with mediocre “Lite” Version

I’ve had this app for over 5 years and have used the currency in multiple countries (e.g. China, Mexico, Canada, Italy, Ireland, etc). I also used this app mainly to convert units of measurement while cooking. Now, I find out that even though I have been a loyal user across many years, I am stuck watching ads before I can even select a unit of conversion. I don’t mind an occasional ad banner or two, but when you’re traveling to areas with low poor connection, it makes a world of difference. It is also frustrating to know that the privileges I had a free member are now available for a price in the App Store, since it is now required to pay to go beyond the “Lite” version. I had the app before there was a Lite version, and have been a loyal user through many changes and updates. This is not a good way to retain users, and frankly, I’m not sure I want the app anymore. This has left a bad taste in my mouth.

It's still the same app as before, only with a new icon.

Thoughtfully Complete

This is a terrific tool not just for learning which x = another x, but for finding things that you didn't know you wanted to know, you know? Every kid in school at any level should have this and play with it until their little head becomes so full of numbers and symbols and new things that they just have to lay their head down and have a nap. The design is elegant simplicity, especially for a function that needs to be complex in order to be thorough. Great job.
