Incredible service
I emailed the developer of Convert That because the app would not convert some old .tif files that had been burned to a CD over a decade ago. Brandon got back to me within hours and offered that if I sent one of the files to him, he would see if he could fix the problem on his end. In short, the problem was corrupt files, not the app. I tried the app on some other image files that I had, and it worked just fine. Brandon even updated the app after working on this problem! I'll look for other apps by this developer in the future.
