How to use these theme backgrounds?

I love these cute and classy wallpapers and I am so excited that the makers added the DIY part! So many of the apps that let you add your own shelves and skins have not been updated for years and no longer fit with the new phones.

This wallpaper app allows me to to make lock and home screens that coordinate. My phone always looks very cute and/or classy and sophisticated without putting in hours to match up wall papers from a million different apps.

The wallpaper in this app is also wonderfully detailed, adorable and so very well done. The makers also organized it very well and keep it updated. If you like funny, cute, fun or sophisticated... or you enjoying creating something awesome yourself... this is the app you must have to make your phone look the greatest!💕

True to title

FINALLY... an app that is true to description and name. I like the combo themes and so many say themes but then I down load it and don’t see themes. Plus those apps are like expensive or have a monthly subscription fee... for a wall paper them... NOPE. Thank you
