Wonderful App - Amazing Dev Team

I absolutely love this app to death! It’s one of the only workout program apps I could easily follow, and I would absolutely recommend it to others (and have, for that matter). The workouts are straightforward, and easy to understand, the app is free (but I believe the paid version is absolutely worth it for those who can), the community is supportive, and the option to follow a dynamic workout program schedule (as well as having the option to watch individual videos) is a life saver for someone like me who does better with visuals.

Additionally, the developer team is absolutely wonderful, and really does listen to feature suggestions (if they aren’t already in the process of implementing it beforehand, which they usually are, and it feels like they can really read minds at some points)! If you ever need tech support, they’re always there for you, in the app or over email, and are one of the most helpful and hands-on developer teams I’ve ever encountered.

Best workout programs out there

In 2020 I went from 145 to 180 then started working out using Chloe ting programs in 2021. I got down to 115 and stopped because I felt like I had made my goal weight (I actually felt a little underweight). Over the last 3 years I have slowly gained the weight back and I am finally focusing on going to the gym regularly again with a gym buddy and I came to this app not realizing she had finished it since I stopped using her program. It is amazing, I love that there are different tabs and you can track your progress and make journal entries, you can learn new recipes, you can join online groups, it’s a form of social media. It’s just everything you need to succeed and I’m really impressed with how much work she and her team put into this app and program. Thank you Chloe and I look forward to my next weight loss journey with you!!

My thoughts, opinions, and suggestions for this app

This app is really great!!! It gives you different types of fitness programs. For example if you want better and toned glutes there are many ways you can grow it from these workouts/programs! It is mostly all free! You can also chat with others, share your progress, and also just share more feedback through this app!!!! It has 15+ programs in the app. The only thing I really want Chloe Ting to add is being able to do more than 1 program at a time. I personally think they should add this because some people might be in a hurry to get fit in a matter of time. So they might need to do more than 1 program at a time or want to. But I still recommend this app to any age or weight! Have a great summer!!!!
