Wish there was more
I have this app, as well as the All-in yoga app. I like this one better in terms of it's interface- I am not an expert on yoga, and I like to watch the animated teacher. The background music and beach scene is nice. The only problem is that there are only like 8 poses availble on this app, which got boring quickly - though all of them did what they said they would - felt it in my core!
All in yoga has a ridiculous amount of poses and predesigned programs - but there isn't any animation like there is in this one, and the animatronic voice on their app is certainly not soothing, and I like to do my yoga in the early morning, so it's annoying quite frankly. If this app had all the poses of all in yoga app or more predesigned programs, it would be the ultimate yoga app. It's a great start, and I'm glad I bought it - but I wish I could just have this one with more poses and it'd be PERFFECT.
I wish there was more to it
I love how the app is set up, how it has different levels and demonstrates the poses... However, there are only 7 poses... I wish I hadn't paid $3 for only 7 poses.
Unique & fun core yoga
I like the fact that breathing is timed to the exercises, it really helps you get into a mindful state and be aware of your body. It's easy to follow and the musical cues are helpful so I don't have to constantly watch the screen. I'd like to see more poses, but on the whole this is a great app.
