Mostly good but there’s a few things that could use some improvement to make it more user friendly. For example it sets too small of a limit for how many characters can be in the address and dataset names. Many US addresses won’t fit without being abbreviated. Also, when it tries to automatically fill in the address line it uses the European convention (street name then house number) but it would be better in the US if it let you customize it to say the house number then the street name.
Could be a lot better, but works okay sometimes.
I generally use the app for starting/scheduling a test, but it doesn’t work very well for reporting. It seems easy enough, but the app has never really been stable or consistent. For example, my company logo for the report keeps disappearing. I upload or select it again, but then it disappears. As of today, again, the app doesn’t “see” or pick up the signal from my monitor and won’t connect. This makes it completely unusable and worthless today.
The other big frustrating thing is that the app will notify me if the monitor has recorded potential tampering and suggests to look into it. It doesn’t allow for or provide any functionality to do that. The only way to analyze the report for tampering detection is to connect to a PC and utilize the Corentium software with the PC after downloading the data from the monitor. Why bother with the app then?
This instrument and software is excellent. Our use in the nuclear industry is not necessarily an expected use but this instrument is very capable and affordable. No instrument in the nuclear field could match the Pro. Found the relationship with PCi/l and working levels to be credible. Overall excellent simple software for a great little instrument.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
