For me it’s kindof useless right now because I really need to get a debit card and everything loads just fine, but not the card tab. It’s really disappointing because that’s really the only think I need the app for right now, just for it to not load. Also whenever I click the card tab and try to click out it freezes and I have to swipe out and log back in.
please fix this

The app idea and functions are great, but it only works correctly half the time. The main feature I use is depositing checks, and it only works correctly about 50% of the time. Bill pay is not simple to set up either. If I have to go into the bank anyways, the app is pointless.

I’ve been using this app for quite a few years now and for the most part it’s an ok app. But every so often I try to log in and it won’t let me, it says “unable to validate my information”. And I always have to call and have someone unlock it for me or change my password, it’s very irritating.
