Fix the issues
This app used to work but now it won’t let me send a message at all and I can’t call my fiancé often cuz it’s expensive. Please fix the issues with this app, there are others who have love ones in jail and can’t afford to pay for calls every day.
Great app
I have used this app quite a few times to send money and messages. It is easy for me to figure out where to go and what to do.
I had an incident where I thought the app wasn’t working properly because it would not let me do something, when I called to complain , I found out it had nothing to do with the app, the Jail had turned off some features due to a security issue in the jail.
AWFUL
This app stinks. It deserves a -100 rating. It has ZERO intuitive functionality. You have to jump through hoops to find a way to fund your account. There's way to read what messages you've sent previously. When you have an incarcerated loved one, this might be the only way to communicate, and especially when there are legal documents to share with them. But unfortunately there is no motivation on the part of the devs to improve it because you have no other options but to use their app.
