Users can deposit funds in less than 30 seconds from anywhere in the world. Users can also schedule and join video visitations and send gifts to incarcerated loved ones from within the app.

TERRIBLE
This app is terrible the customer service is worst they don’t know what’s going on in the jail they don’t try to work with you when they wack ssa system is acting up or the jail is having connection issues they a scam all they do is take the money and make u check a box saying no refund .. it does hurt they system to reschedule the visit.. if the jail had on site I rather put gas in my car everyday than to give my money to these worthless ssa people
Visits / messages
You can’t go back and read the messages you send and when they try and visit half the time is says pin expired. Takes numerous times to get a visit. If you pay for a visit and it doesn’t work you lose your money.
