Unreliable app dies frequently

I like the app when it works. The data is helpful for the most part. Unfortunately the app is unstable on my iPhone and May abend a few times before you can see what you were looking for. If the app was stable I would probably rate it a 4. The comparison chart it shows me when I first log in is meaningless to me and not helpful.

Works well, but crashes when viewing usage

When the app works, it works great. However, when I try to view usage for a specific day or for a time period the app crashes. Happens quite frequently.

Update: new version rolled out that fixes the instability issues.

Good Start, some bugs

Enrollment works: CoServ wasn’t clear that you need to start an account from scratch. Your old login info isn’t relevant.

Took card but wouldn’t enroll until next billing cycle so I had to make this month’s payment manually. The app erred out 2x so I tried online. Only then did it explain you can’t schedule a cc payment on line so I went pack to the app and successfully made a payment today.
