Perform Cost predictions based on user defined project cost drivers. All the data is normalized for inflation and user defined indexes in the CosMO database
CosMO is a powerful Benchmarking and Cost Modeling application. You can create your own project categories, project attributes and coding structures or use the ICMS standard. Cost Models support multi-attribute statistical analysis, and allow you to fit curves that match your project types and industries. Create key commodity trends such as Concrete Unit Price, Electricity, Steel etc and provide C-Executives with easy-to-follow Graphs of your historical project information.
