When paired with a Costpoint 8 upgraded system, employees will have access to expense functionality which will allow them to capture expense receipts with ICR, edit and claim outstanding expense, create, edit and submit expense reports and Supervisors will be able to approve expense reports, expense charges and expense attachments in an easy to use native mobile app.

A case study on what not to do
As a software developer I am a palled at this abhorrent piece of crap. Seriously, if I wrote software that takes this many clicks to get to what you want I would be fired. Software like this only survives because one person makes the choice for so many. There is no way anyone would use this software passed a “trial.“ There are so many links that don’t do anything and do not explain themselves to you. Everything is obscure. Nothing about this software is self-explanatory. It does not even carry billing numbers from one period to the next. It’s the kind of software that will push you back on your Christian walk if you have one. It really is that bad. It does work but be prepared to have to have extra staff on your Helpdesk in order to get your employees to get their head wrapped around this nonsense. Like my title said this is a case study and what not to do such garbage. I am angry every time I have to open the application. I am so disappointed that this is the choice that we have made. #SwipeLeft
I am an Admin of the T&E and we always have issues with this app. It’s super annoying when employees act like it’s our fault that app is not working. It’s been giving an error constantly, when I talked to the specialist, they advised to update. It fixed the issue like 2-3 weeks ago and now we’re getting same issue. There’s no update available, idk what to do and people are going crazy about the app to me
The mobile app is mediocre at best. What I don’t understand is their actual website. How this company managed to get contracts from multiple Fortune 500 companies including the one I’m with is beyond me. Their UI is absolute garbage. Zero consideration for UX. If you are someone with any decision making power in your company, avoid their products like the plague. Your employees will be thankful.
