Cottage Inn Pizza 4+

Thank you for finally developing a App is so much easier to order pizza. I can see all my loyalty points now and it’s so much easier to earn free food.

I genuinely have no idea how the decision makers looked at this and thought it was acceptable. It’s a conclusion you can only come to through incompetence or a lack of respect for the user. As the title says if I had not promised pizza I would have deleted the app and cancelled my order. This will already be my last time using the app and going to Cottage Inn in general because of how ridiculous the low quality is.

As soon as you open the app it will ask you to connect your apple account, track your location, and access as much data as possible. Why? Certainly not to create a cottage in account because it didn’t do that, it didn’t even default to the preferred location I choose during the order.

Then your accosted by dozens of ads and points for…. Pizza. This is a problem with every app but i’m not letting anything past my criticism for an app so awful.

Beyond that, the UI is just terrible in general. Like a website from 2010 it feels like you’d have a better experience on the mobile website because then you could at least make tabs.

All in all, if cottage inn is the only pizza place you go to, and you go once a week, I still wouldn’t use the app. Calling up will still prove to be more efficient .

I’m so sick of having to scroll through the dozens of locations that are nowhere near me in order to find the store I’ve already selected as my favorite. Absolutely ridiculous. This happens every time I order which is why I don’t order Cottage Inn much. Update: Still have scroll through the stores even though I’ve already selected one. Then the list refreshes/resets at random intervals. Stop wrapping your site and make a custom UI in the app! Ridiculous.
