Got me moving!

It's not perfect, but it was free. My only request is that you be able to start it and then go out to iTunes or another audio app for music and the timer keeps running. When you do, the timer stops running. I have started listening on another device, but then you lose the little voice telling you when to switch. I have been using it for over a week and really feel like my heart is beating and I'm building up gradually from almost nothing a week ago. I've recommended it.

Didnt get sore. Easy to use

Have not exercised in some time. Desk job where I sit for hours. Started getting stiff. I have had arthroscopic knee surgery so I was amazed that I could jog!!! And I never got sore. I Paired this with fat burner and weight loss workout on my treadmill. Got rid of my saddlebags that my trainer said there was nothing I can do to get rid of them.... Very happy!!!!

Not great

I thought there would be some kind of instruction. Nothing. Just a warm up an then alternate walking and running. I don’t get any sound except a ding. No voice no music nothing. If I try to use an app for music it stops when I go back to the app.
