No good

I downloaded the app and expected an interactive app and only got directions for what my runs should be. It doesn’t allow you to change anything around or customize for your current fitness status.

Nothing flashy or fancy, just clear directions that lead to success. I used this app 6 years ago when I ran my first half marathon ever and I was in the best shape of my life. I just redownloaded it now and I can’t wait to get back into it again.

Yes it just says “2 miles” on the first day but that’s all mental! It’s 2 miles at whatever pace you can do it. Just get the 2 miles done. Before you know it you’ll be doing 7 miles at a swift jog without any strain on your breath or muscles. I CAN’T WAIT.

I should have read the reviews and saved my self the $1.99. It’s literally tips you can find online for free sprinkled in with some “motivation quotes”. I was really hoping it was something like C25K where it was more interactive.
