1. Your data is encrypted and protected vigorously. With strong passwords, multi factor authentication, session timeouts, and failed attempt lockouts your information is safe with Country Bank.
2. Email and mobile transfers require enrollment in the services and must be made from a Country Bank checking or savings account to a domestic bank account. Recipients have 7 days to register to receive money or the transfer will be canceled. Dollar and frequency limits apply.
3. Fees may apply.
4. Requires a Country Bank deposit account.
5. To use Bill pay, you must first enroll for the service in Online Banking.
6. Mobile Check Deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal.
7. eStatements require an enrollment within Online Banking.

To use our app, you’re required by the app store to accept App Permissions to allow access to certain functions on your device. Our app doesn’t access these functions until you use the associated feature, such as using your location to find an ATM.

Love it

I love the convenience of this app to transfer money into other accounts I use one debit for online and one for every day. so it’s nice to just transfer when I make an online payment or purchases.I have used some bad online sites and the bank won’t take the payment and cancels my card for fraud . I feel protected! Ty

No warning when transferring to non-transaction accounts.

A nasty bug (or design oversight) of the Country Bank app is that it will let you schedule funds transfers to/from non-transaction accounts in excess of what is legally allowed per Regulation D.

At the very least, the app should pop up a message about the limits imposed on non-transaction accounts by Reg D anytime a customer selects such an account for funds transfer. CB knows which accounts are impacted, whereas most consumers don’t.

The rest of the app is pretty decent with a few concerns. PIN login is more convenient than a password, but no support for TouchID somewhat reduces convenience and, potentially, security. Passwords cannot contain certain symbols, also *potentially* reducing security.

Overall a good effort, though. It’s easy to get around, looks great, and locks you out if you don’t use it for a minute or two. Scheduling transfers is simple and intuitive — just don’t do it with non-transaction accounts or CB will charge you a fee!

App constantly malfunctions

This app will constantly malfunction in 2 very big ways.

1) THERE IS NO WAY TO SEE THE FULL TITLE OF A LONG TRANSACTION. Sometimes, the title of a transaction is too long to see the full thing on screen. Even when you click to “expand” the transaction info, it still ends the title with “...” and there is no way to know what the full title is.

2) This app is so poorly programmed that it gives me the “bad request” error message 2/3 times I try to login. This does not mean my password is wrong, this just means the app messed up (I know because if I try to login enough times with the same password, it lets me in eventually). Because of this, I frequently have to change my password.

3) Major characters like the “{“, “%”, “^”, and “@“ symbol are not allowed in passwords, making this app much easier for hackers to get into.
