Country Friends 9+

Oh man, I loved this game when it came out years ago. I played it until I was max level. I was always sad that the mushroom farm was never added, so I’m hoping it gets added now.

Normally I write stupid long reviews explaining everything and saying all the pros and cons, but since this a re-release of an older game, I don’t really feel like it. I’ll say I loved it years ago and it looks pretty much the same, minus having gems for special stuff. Looks like everything is coins, which is even better! I’ll hopefully be able to get the sheepdog now!

The main (selfish) reason I’m writing this review is because I’m seeing a trend of Netflix bringing back old games. Omg, I would never leave Netflix if you guys managed to re-release Smurf Life. I miss that game SO MUCH! Please, please, please try to get that game back! Thank you!

Its cute, I do like the community farm bit. I just really really really dislike how these apps give such limited space but give you a million crops and products you have to gather and store… the amount you pay for how little extra space is crazy. Could just update and not have space, it goes up by 10? I dont like that if we want to change the group we are in that we will lose progress in our community farm. Im in a not very active one and its hard to make achievements. I do appreciate that there is not a lot of item stacking to produce things. (Like needing x ingredient from four machines to make one item). At least so far. Im up to the pizza oven. Have not played long and waiting to see how xmas event will be. I think the community events are kinda not worth it. All the eggs and milk I “donate” and then to get only 1k… I could sell all of those and get that and more. Its ok time waster. But just cut and paste of most farm games. Except Im glad it doesnt have a bunch of annoying cut scenes and annoying neighbors.

I am definitely addicted to this game. I love the graphics and animation. When you zoom all the way in on the animals you can hear them chew and burp and make a few other sounds. Cute! You can also hear the machines make their respective sounds, too.

My only issues/questions: I’ve tried at least a dozen times to water my neighbors’ crops but nothing happens when I tap them. Also, there’s a pic of the neighbor hanging right beside their Community crops and when you tap it, it opens up a white box. Is there supposed to be text or anything in the box? Mine is totally blank. Lastly, is there a Guide somewhere?
