To use the County National Bank App, you must be enrolled as a County National Bank Personal Online Banking user. If you currently use our Personal Online Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Personal Online Banking credentials.

Update
I just downloaded the app a few weeks ago and now it says there is an update and I have to go to the app store for it. When I get to the app store there is no update the last one was a month ago.
