I have so many problems with logging into the website but now I can open the app right away. It’s structured to allow you to see what needs to be paid. Setting up autopay. Super friendly app!!! Congratulations

I greatly appreciate Countybank’s attentive response to fraudulent activity. Unfortunately, the app has caused confusion and uncertainty with the accuracy of the balance in my accounts consistently. It’s as if fraudulent activity may have occurred with in at some point. The amount in the balance and available amount are consistently incorrect. This is exhausting. I will not discuss the atm shenanigans. I thank you greatly for your time,

Unlike other banking apps, I have to hunt around within this app to find certain features, options and information. Accessing your account numbers takes several taps involving going to settings and if you want the routing number you have to go to the main website because it’s not viewable within the app. Accounts can also be slow to update compared to other banking apps.
