Ratings and Reviews
This is little more than trying to view a huge PDF of the newspaper on your ipad. It's not a friendly interface and makes reading the newspaper difficult with a lot of zooming and scrolling. Especially when articles are continued on later pages. The tap with two fingers was a good try at improving navigation, but its still horrible.
Please add Newsstand support! I don't want to have to connect and download the newspaper every day. It should be automatic.
Please format the paper so it is more friendly for a tablet.
Also, it is crazy to charge the same for digital delivery as home delivery. You should give digital delivery a price break.
I would like to see the Courier Journal continue into the digital age. Please improve this app. If you do, I will consider subscribing again. (No, I won't do home delivery... I want to read the news on my iPad)
Latest update freezes continually! Unusable.
This used to be just what I wanted - an online version of the print paper. It had some bugs, but nothing huge.
Unfortunately after the last update I can’t read it! It freezes continually. I couldn’t get through even a few pages this morning. Yesterday was the same: I had to keep closing the app and reloading it the whole time I was trying to read it.
Please fix it ASAP! An unreadable online paper is useless.
I was driven by the consistently poor performance of this app to write my first app review. This app doesn't load the daily paper at times, or asks me to re-sign in. Annoying. I am paying for the subscription to Gannet. You can do way better than this.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
