I recently started using the Coursiv app, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in terms of ease of use and engagement. The user interface is intuitive, making navigation through various courses a breeze. Do not waste your money on this program

They will not honor they’re satisfaction guarantee . Also It’s not compatible for anyone interested in accessible learning. You will be required to read each and every single lesson. Each one is more superficial than the last. It’s pretty much like somebody decided to use ChatGPT to make a course about AI. Then they created an application to layout the information they learn from Chat GPT.

The best part of this experience is I’m dyslexic so when I reach out to them for a refund because their app is not accessibility friendly. They told me that I am required to complete 21 days worth of their coursework in order to apply for a refund. So even though I literally can’t digest the information. they refused to give me a refund unless I suffered through 21 of their courses. So not only is this platform not accessibility compliant. But they also do not uphold their original guarantee.

Once again, do not waste your money. You can learn all this information from ChatGPT self. It will actually read it to you. How on earth do you design the learning tool these days without being accessibility compliant?? And then to refuse a refund because somebody is literally unable to use your program. It’s clear that your only concern is ripping people off.
