Needs Improvement
The app is fine when you can actually use it. 95% of the time I try to access the app for work schedules and work notifications it will “load” forever. I have uninstall and reinstall it almost every time I use it to get into the app. Once you’re in the app it’s pretty easy to navigate. But once again once you’re in the app it will load forever to pull anything up. It has great potential but need tremendous work done.

If you have used the latest version you might have noticed the notifications do load faster. Worst scheduling app ever
If my job didn’t require me to use this app it wouldn’t be on my phone. It doesn’t work most of the time, especially if you’re using your data package. It will just load and load and load. I often get ghost notifications, it will show that I have a notification from Cover and then I go to see what the notification is, and there’s nothing. I’ve had nothing but problems with this app and it’s not user friendly whatsoever. Out of all of the schedule apps I’ve used for jobs, this is by far the worst and I wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE
Too many bugs
Whenever I need to use this app it never works. The loading times take forever and once I'm finally at the page I need it won't show anything or none of the buttons work. The request an absence page is the worst with this issue. I can never click the select a date tabs when I need to request time off so instead of using the app I just ask my manager in hopes they remember. This app has the potential to be a good one but it still needs lots of work.
