Cover - Insurance in a snap 4+

This is my 1st time going through an app for any kind of insurance. My rep, Justin with Cover was amazing! I’m a single mom of 4 young kids so going to see anyone face to face or even having a quiet telephone conversation is almost impossible for me. I simply asked Justin if there was any way we could go through the process via text message and he had no problem with it. The entire process from start to finish was easy, effortless (for me anyways lol) and done completely via text! He was patient and never pushy like some can be. I really just answered a few questions and got my car ins quote. It was so easy that for the 1st time in my life decided to bundle with renters insurance as well! The rate was only a few extra dollars a month ontop of my auto so figured why not. I normally only ever said no to the additional insurance because I always felt like the agents were being pushy about it. So thank you Justin for all your hard work finding policies that work for me and my family. Thank you for your patience and thank you for answering all my additional questions that had nothing to do with my policies lol you were great and I’d love to work with you again in the future.

Honestly I thought this App was a joke when I first seen it I did end up downloading the app and putting my information and then I got a text saying will have an agent get with you shortly I did text back with DO NOT CALL ME just because I thought it was one of them places where you put your info and you got all these agencies calling you back to back... we’ll let me tell you they never called me lol because I said that but did get another text with a great quote! My agent “Tommy” was outstanding he never pressured me he was there helping the whole way to get the best quote And answer any and all question that I had In terms I could understand. I got a quote that was outstanding for my husband and I We were paying over $400 a month and now $150 a month ... Now that’s what you call a OUTSTANDING SAVINGS!!! Just so everyone knows I’m not A spokes person I do not work for this company I’m just a hard-working mother looking for the best quote for my family and COVER made that possible for our family thank you Tommy are advisor for being so great and helping us find the best quote.

I have been with Geico for over 15 years. Honestly they billed me and I never bothered looking for another company. I have never had an accident and always been a responsible driver so what do they do when I move to Houston? They doubled my rate! I was not pleased but after calling a couple of big insurance companies they all were the same price. Six month later I heard about these guys and I called and setup an Account. A girl from San Francisco called and was very helpful in adjusting my plan. They have many options so don’t just go with what the app offers. After comparing my current coverage with them, I got my deductible from 500 to 100 and same coverage almost half the price! 😎 i would definitely recommend them and trust me this is my third review since I bought an iPhone in 2010 lol 😂 so I wanted to spread the news and help more people that just have auto pay for years to ditch their insurance company and go somewhere that they appreciate you and your business!!
