HireRoad gives job seekers free access to jobs for traditional employment as well as short term independent work posted by businesses, corporations, recruiters and hiring agencies.

Want to hire an Independent Worker for 4 hours or more? No problem. Log into the app as a Business and follow the steps to post a shift/gig. $15 minimum for independent workers. An additional $4.20 fee per hour worked through the app, will be applied. 1099Ks are automatically generated for workers who are paid through HireRoad a product of Cover Shiftz, LLC using the Stripe payment processing system. A hold is placed on payment method in ensure the worker will be paid at the end of the shift they work. HireRoad makes hiring simple and easy so businesses can keep moving forward.

This app solves so many problems. The biggest of which is the true cost of an employee with a lot more than there wage. It saves so much hassle and gives me so much more freedom to focus on baking items for my bakery rather than doing something that takes me away from that like bookwork associated with employees. It saves money because you can eliminate work you would pay an accountant for. It helps you in times you need extra help for big orders or during seasonal highs. You can get people to come in and do work you nirmally would out source. It helps support your business and reduces risk of problem employees. So many good things to say that I could go on. You need to use this app. This app is your friend!
