I honestly think this app is a scam, there now constantly just giving me life styles ticket things which you can use for competitions but every time I look, someone is in a very high level which is very hard to get to because they let you only play certain games that Coverd made and there like rigged, you can barely even win on blackjack when I know how to play it, I can never get over 1,000 points or even up to 2,000 by playing any of the little games they let you play, it’s ridiculous especially before when you had to purchase for the daily check ins but if I got money from that and gambled it, make $100 for only 2 cents to be redeemable out of $100? Like I had to pay to even get the daily check in money so why make me have to make at least $2,000 just to have like $4 available to redeem? There just taking your money and I have been playing this one game on the casino selections for weeks now and have not gotten any of the things to pop in the game when there full full, so it’s a complete scam and waste of time, I even made my money back on multiple transactions but I never seen the money and never let me like hit accept or collect or nothing, the line will just fill up and say I completed it then nothing pops up in my balance

So I kept seeing ads about this app and a lot of of my favorite creators posted about it so I downloaded it knowing it was more than likely unavailable in my area. I live in a very small town and I downloaded it and sure enough it was not available where I was living where it was available closest to me was a few hours away so I messaged the support team which at first I was a little annoyed because like every thing nowadays it’s an AI generated service helper that you start out with I’m not even two minutes into trying to see when it’s gonna be available for my area and an actual live person jumps into the chat and starts telling me more information that I needed to know it’s immaculate how quickly a live representative even if it’s in the middle of the night, they will jump on there and you will get a full detailed response no backlash, but the representative did proceed to tell me we are unsure as to when it’s gonna be available in your area. Your area is a little bit different, but he offered me to become a tester for my area, which isn’t something they do often. And it comes with a lot of procedures like you have to be active almost every single day. But I will say this for sure being in the small town I am. It’s a very poor area and we live very Financially strained. But the amount of money that I have won and cashed out which the cash outs are almost immediate if you don’t pay for the immediate deposit and you pay for the 24 hours like you get your money tomorrow nine times out of 10 you’ll still get your money the same day like within but amount of money I’ve made even just this week. I don’t know what to do with. I don’t know how to handle myself lol it has been so immaculate. The customer care with any issue. I’ve had their immediate and they thrive for urgency to make sure that your needs are being met.
