You will need to get help from the person that can help you NOW, not later. Currently, Americans make around 240 million 911 calls per year, which are routed through 8,900 dispatch centers, and regulators estimate that as many as 10,000 lives can be saved each year by reducing 911 response times by just one minute. Covert Alert offers users “Safety in Seconds,” by implementing several key features that are designed for real world emergencies like real-time GPS, live-streaming audio, emergency recordings, cloud storage for the recordings, instantaneous alerts to various safety nets, AI filtering of emergency type, geofencing, and more. Most safety apps on the market require the push of a button. Covert Alert is the only safety application on the market using hands free activation to notify user networks of emergency situations. The most important feature of this app is its ability to be activated covertly, and communicate directly with users’ chosen emergency contacts, all completely hands free. Upon downloading this app, the user has the option to customize three key phrases for three types of emergencies: crime, medical, and fire. Each emergency uses a different set of custom keywords, and if an emergency were to arise, the user simply states their keywords for that emergency type, even if the phone is locked. This triggers an emergency alert, and will aid in saving those valuable seconds in an emergency. With the free version of our app, users have the option to select up to five emergency contacts that emergency notifications will go to. This puts your safety back into the hands of those you trust most. Think of this first tier as Safety Net 1. Real-time GPS notifies the user’s emergency contacts of the exact location of the emergency and gives them an opportunity to track the situation with specific and valuable situational information. With the paid subscription, the user’s network has an opportunity to listen in with our live-streaming audio feature, which can drastically improve response time, and allow the user to provide even more situation information as the emergency event unfolds. Our in-app purchases give users more power when it comes to emergency situations than any other option on the market. Users have the option to purchase more emergency text messages, recording minutes, and more all within our in-app store. There will NEVER be advertisements in-app, personal data will not be collected, and the app only tracks location when armed in “Protection Mode,” because this is a safety app first and foremost. Personal safety has never been this high-tech and affordable…EVER! Features: Hands free, speech activation, which is triggered by user specific keywords or numbers stated while the app is in “Protection Mode.” Instantaneous alerts, which send messages and real time GPS location to designated contacts, informing them of the situation that the user is in. My entire family has downloaded Covert Alert and we feel very safe. When my wife is running she can now with her voice activate the emergency text letting me know that she is in danger, via the text I am provided real-time GPS tracking of her exact location and every moment, and records the emergency situation so we can provide it to our local police department. When I am showing houses as a Realtor, I also use Covert Alert to notify my Broker, family, and friends that if an emergency situation occurs, with my voice alone, they are text immediately that I am in a 911 emergency situation, they know to tell police where I am at and my every movement via Real Time GPS tracking, and the entire 911 emergency is recorded and stored on my private cloud that my wife can provide to police! Thank you Cover Alert...my family and I are now in control of our fate and WILL NOT be a victim of a crime...we will live to see another day, marriage of our kids, and help raise our grand children and work with police to put these criminals in jail #safefamily

Having the Covert alert app has provided me with a sense of security and a safety net. Knowing that in case of emergencies, I do not need to try and figure out what to do, but rather have an app that can be activated in a matter of seconds that automatically takes care of notifying first responders and my loved ones of my situation is amazing. The notifications go beyond just a text message to emergency contacts to include life data streaming like location and audio streaming that is also available for first responders. This app provides a piece of mind that was not available before. I am grateful for having it. My security is not something that I take lightly, and this app provided me with that extra safety that we should all have.

I downloaded the app and based on their social media posts it seemed like a cool safety feature but I was confused on how to use so I decided to give it try upon downloading it. I really wish they would invest in 1 minute tutorial videos on how to navigate the app and properly use the features. Unfortunately I ended up deleting the app because I was so confused on how to use it. I don’t think it’s user friendly as other successful well known apps have designed. At the end of the day making an app user friendly and helping the brand transmit the message along with demonstrating the “easy” usage is what will captivate college students to download AND use the app. I recommend for a third party such as a marketing firm to check it out and come up with a solution plan. 1 minute tutorials done in house should be easy to do if you have the right person designated to it. At the end of the day the brand must look at this at the user stand point regardless of how long they’ve been developing the app for.

This safety app is a truly unique and perfected solution that has helped immensely to make me feel safer everywhere I go. With all the crime and violence going on in the world, it helps to feel some sort of security once again when leaving my home. This app provides so many great features that have changed the way I live safely. The ability to send emergency alerts covertly, live-stream audio of an emergency to friends and family, and provide those emergency contacts with my exact location and miles per hour whenever an alert is sent. I would highly recommend it for anyone.
