Cowabunga!

Andy knows what he is doing! I've tried at least three workout plans in the past. None of them have delivered like CowabungaFit has. Andy is knowledgeable, available and is with you every step of the way.

I'm finally getting the body I've always wanted! My goal has been to build muscle and after just 1 month I wasn't just noticing results, coworkers and friends were too unprompted by me!

So many programs I've attempted in the past have you at the gym for hours each day, or eating ungodly amounts of only 4 or 5 foods, making progress impossible to maintain. This is not the case with CowabungaFit! Andy custom tailors a plan to your needs and lifestyle to accomplish your goals. Highly recommend!

Awesome Coach!

I started with COWABUNGA Fit early February 2024. Let me just say that Andy is very knowledgeable and has lead me to a path of good nutrition and training. I had no idea what to eat. I was definitely not eating enough. His weekly work out videos on the app are a huge help.

I started out over 20% body fat and in 9 short weeks I’m down to 12%. I’ve only lost 4 pounds but losing weight was not my goal. My goal was to build muscle and I have definitely been able to achieve this with Andy. I’ll be 63 in July and I feel like I’m 30. Thank you Andy and I can’t wait to see my results in July.

Started with the program after spending 16 months doing my own program and feeling I took it as far as I could take it though I had experienced some great results. The program is good for certain people and maybe not so good for others. Despite my expressed goals I actually ended up losing muscle and strength (got weaker)after six weeks of following the program explicitly so I had to go back to my old program, since then, I’ve started working with someone who better fits my needs. Overall great guy but perhaps may be a little too overextended with clients. However, I know many have had great success.
